I bought this 91' 1275 Mini in November 2002 for 150 € with a seized clutch actuator.
I put the engine to pieces (you shall never read "tuning the A-series engine" before you actually use the car ...) and the car appart at my parents home.
Then I met my wife, bought an appartment 40 miles away from my parents location, had a lot of work to do in the flat, all in all, 6 years went by ...
In this time I also bought two other minis (998), one of wich I had to reshell and that I recently sold. The other one, I lost the paperwork so it was put to pieces.
The 998 N/A engine found its way in the engine bay, temporarily ...
