12 sec 1/4 mile road legal mini

Sunny Bridgend, South Wales

The trailer which I have been using to carry my mini around for the last few years is forsale. It is single axle with working brakes. All electrics work, and it comes complete with ramps.

The trailer is light weight, and tows very well, it is perfect to take a mini.

It doesn't look very pretty, but it does the job, and does it well.

The jockey wheel is knackered, and the trailer could do with a lick of paint.

£150.

Does anything else fit on it Jimbo or is it only just big enough to accept a Mini?

Have you ever had anything else on it?

not tried anything else on it, to be honest I think a mini is about the limit, as it's quite short, I have had a clubby estate on it, but there was only a few inches to spare.

Got any pictures? I would like a twin axel, but for that price I could be tempted.

£150 is a good price.

Paid £600 for my twin axle and that will take a Golf max really, the Scirocco was very hard to get on in a balanced state.

Don't think you'll find cheaper than this....

Every day is a school day ...........

How fast and how expensive ...... the same question...

Hi,

Would it be possible to post the inside and outer measurements of the wheel 'ramps' please? If still for sale.

Just wish to check if my mini would actually fit

Many thanks

Darren

I think myself and Jim both had a good attempt at keeping up with Big JF at Alex's wedding, not sure if we kept up, not sure about much of that night in actual fact!

I do know we all felt quite rough the next day though........

nout wrong with a beer belly ..... acts in a similar way to an air bag in a crash ..... my steering colum would have a long way to go to get to my internal organs :)

Jim. Would a Metro fit on this, or Minis only?

it would be really tight, if you get me some measurments I'll check.

I'd say it's very doubtfull, also not sure about the weight of a metro

yes a metro would fit .... i had many a metro on it .... had to have the wheels hanging over the side and chop 12 inches off the front of metro to stop it hitting the tow car but it fitted just fine .

Everyone knows that instructions only have to be read if the thing doesn't work....
