I know i've been slow at posting stuff out recently but waiting over a month really takes the piss...

near on two years for me Jo, what has annoyed me is that people butt in saying i cant dish out 2 years worth of aggro in a kicking when they dont have a clue about what really has gone on

I had something like this happen, although admittedly didnt hand any cash over.

I bid and won a new FG front end, was in london and said would it be poss to collect a week on sunday and gave the date. The seller agreed to this date. When i got home, i emailed twice asking then telling him the time on sunday i would be collecting. I assumed ( mother of all fuck ups) this was ok cos i never got a reply. I drove 112miles, knocked on the door, no reply, phoned the mobile, no reply. Phoned every half hour for three hours, no reply. Parents came home, knew nothing of it, didnt know where he was, not only that but the front end was no where to be seen. Drove home. Another two emails, now wednesday and i get a reply saying he was at Malvern Mini show and didnt know i was collecting on that day. I said it meet half way and leave it at that, but its now friday and again i havent heard anything.

Sorry to rant, its not quite the same situation your in, but i drove 224 miles on prior arangement and got nowt to show for it. The milege and fuel is not an issue but I lost 7 hours of my life to this wanker.

Hope you get it sorted soon.

Im on there a few times, i'll keep an eye out for this guy posting and i'll also kick his arse for you. People like this piss me right off!!!

Just to update, after a few rather pertinant emails, his mum has emailed me back, and apparently she is going to post the head tomorrow.....

Ive emailed this BAC 3 times now asking for his home telphone number, every responce is a different excuse from his 'mother' (beginning to think its actually him), and still no number.

if so borrow somones phone that you havent rung him on before.
it worked for me when a bloke wouldnt pick his phone up that i was buying a turbo carb off!
he was quit suprised when i said, 'hi its josh thats after the carb' lol
i went and picked it up in the end, and he was ok just a bit lazy!lol
