well i got my classic car insurance for my mini 2day from miniworld/HIC

it allows trackdays if i inform them a week in advance

i have breakdown cover

no claims protection

the bells & whistles!

fckin well happy! some days turn out ok!!! & also for some reason that i dont really really understand haha a chick from the uni came & gave a me a peck on the cheek & said! "thats for having a cool-lil-mini!!!!! & she liked my jacket hehe" n she said she's seen me in town & will come say hi! nxt time i'm out or in my car driving through the town!

who she is i dont know she was with 3 mates too, woo hoo! wtf!!! wonder if she would help me work on the mini???

i'm old an 27 midget hehe! :oD i'm defo 7 & 1/2 in my head, i still want streethawk, an a-team van & then normality & hangovers start to rear there head at the same time haha :)

in truth i think any car fiddling is the same as playing when you were a kid, just what ya want to achieve changes

i used to want to make the wheels on matchbox cars get hot pushing them bk n forth on our wool carpets & that meant they were faster cars

now..........

i want to make my wheels on my real cars get hot so they grip off the line & i'm faster hehe! P

am i mental????

Im at uni in swansea doing engineering and theres one lass in a class of 52 lads and shes really hot!! Something to look at through all the boring lectures i guess.

i'm with hic too. when i told them about all the mods i was expecting to have to sell a limb or pimp myself out. £190!!!!!!!!! i was well chuffed.

For my road going 1380 (122BHP) with cage and more bits than you can shake a stick at it's £164 per year unlimited millage or £101 for 7500 limit .... never asked about anything lower than that.

I know a friend of mine who is 41 and has a standard Sportpack insures with HIC as her main car and it costs her ..... £83pa.

Pffff being from Northern Ireland I got a quote of £900 for the turbo lump in my mini with the 3 point roll bar. That is rock bottom, I pay £315 for an NA MG 1275 and it is limited to 5k miles a year.

Oh and woman aren't fussy, they just have no taste what-so-ever. Apparently having a sense of humour makes up for a lack of everything else but that hasn't worked that way in my case! Maybe I'm not funny. Hmm...

just got a quote from footman james on a standerd mini with a na 1275 lump in it for £650 tpft unlimited milage, im 19 with 3 points and 2 year ncb.
i said its about 20bhp more than a standerd 998 which i think is about right?

HIC was alot more somthing like £1100!

HIC more than Footman James ... really ...... they wanted nearly 5 times what HIC quoted for me!!!!!

hic was a online quote and footman jams was a proper quote.
this is my second policy with footman james and the quote was for a third if you know what i mean.
could that be why do you think?
