I'm using the bushed planet wheels in my NA 1275 at the moment. I've done a couple of thousand miles on it.

Thinking of the time and expense of fixing that I'm sure a 4pin diff would have worked out cheaper!!! Anton .... is that on your naturally asperated motor (sub 100 bannanas isn't it???) ...... just to frighten robert!!! OH THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

those bushed kits a so far superior to the std ones its untrue, lets not get it confused its no substitute for a x-pin. Second best would be a std diff made up from numerous older diffs, pick the best of the planet gears (start with 998 mini boxes if you can) to reduce slop on a new pin, the slop is where the bloody things wear.

Rob ..... I broke a comp pin with a 90 BHP 1275 a few years ago .... ok it was on A008r tyres (in a softer than normal compound) and it was on a really hard drive across the cotswolds ... but it did brake!

thats a familar site, but the roll pins are the weak point, the only option realey is a 4 pin diff unless you want to shag another gear casing.
always looking for them bigger bunches of bannanas |

i was expecting carnage inside the box but it all looks fine ish, even the diff pin is hardly marked, no sign of the roll pin though.
