Well here it is. Well it's an excel spreadsheet graph I have created from the printout. It is actually a bit smoother than it appears here.

Figures are 155 bananas @ 6850 and 125 curlywurlys @ 5900

Edit: all at 15psi

I'm reasonably happy with this, but it is a bit revvy now with less power low down than the T2, we shall see how it drives.

Great result, especially for 15psi.

Just shows what can be done with a good turbo selection and an efficient intercooler setup.

Very Impressive.

this is the GT1752 right?

I presume the lack of bottom end is due to it coming on boost later due to the larger turbo, Where doe it boost from on a 998?

VERY good results for 15psi - dare I ask / suggest a little too good for such low boost? I'd have thought 22psi or more whould be needed to make 145hp at 6000 rpm?

That said, the whole power looks great; and the response is about what you'd have to expect for the GT17 turbine with just 998cc's pushing it - especially compared to a 0.35 T2 turbine.

I think that so long as you're happy to keep the engine spinning to keep the turbo up, this will be nicely; if you find yourself bogging down mid corner, it might not be so great though?
All the more reason to go for full injection once it is develloped. :)

I checked the numbers.

78% compressor efficiency, 82% Ve and a 90% intercooler efficiency gives 154hp at 6850 - so I reckon it's OK.

A bit optimistic on the intercooler but given the cold weather and starting from cold etc etc. I think reasonable.

Cheers guys.

I think the bogging down might be an issue, but we'll see how it goes. It's still got 80 bananas at 4500rpm, which is what the T2 had.

Nice work. That power curve looks brutal.

Are you going to compete at gurston down any time this year? I missed it in action last year.

10 degrees less duration and a smaller turbine a/r would bring up the bottom end wil. looks good though well done :)

Ok here is a graph of the T3, T2 and GT17 power.

The T2 graph is a little missleading, firstly because we found mor power but never got it RR'd and secondly we never actually rev it past 7k.
