I have finally finished my engine build for this year, as some of you know this has been on the go for a long time. It's now installed in the car, running and hopefully i should be on the road this weekend.
I have some pictures if anybody can host them for me ?

Cheers
Phil. *smiley*

Nice one phil. Glad you finally got it sorted.

How's the rest of the car doing - didn't you mention something about re-doing bits of the interior (could have been my imagination!)

I notice that you have fitted the Vizzard advised cooling pipe between the head and block on the back of the engine, is this of benefit?

Looks nice.

Nice, very nice

can you get a grill on there at all?

whats the large-ish K&N type filter near the oil catch tank for?

Cheers guys for all the nice comments. *happy* *happy*

Dave- I was thinking about changing the interior to a more stripped out carbon fibre look, but it's staying the way it is for the moment, at least until it's been featured.

Wil_h- I don't know if the cooling mod makes much difference at the moment as i've only driven a few miles, but it does seem to be running very cool, much cooler than before. I'm going to try a hotter thermostat in it tonight. I'll let you know when i've driven it a bit more.

Soton1310Turbo- Yes i can just about get the grille on, lol
The large-ish K+N is used as a breather from the flywheel housing breather.

Nic- You cheeky bugger ..... lol *wink*

Just been out in it, runs well can't wait to get it run in, then it's rolling road time !

Cheers guys
Phil. *smiley*

is this with the mirage kit? grrr i want mine!

i enquired about dry decking when i did mine, stuart gurr reckoned the main advantage was that it makes the head gasket more reliable-looks trick though

mmmmm davina is looking rather spiffing tonight, dont usually like her
