Has anyone managed or tried to contact Avonbar by the dog and bone over the last few days?

Everytime ive called it rigns 2 or 3 times then goes to answer phone ive left messages but nothing? *oh well*

Do TM members still get discount? If we don't then i'll probably just order online?

Cheers
Matt

TM members do indeed still get a discount. Last time I spoke to Ian he was very busy. Keep trying :)

Popped in there Friday for gearbox advice...Ian looked busy then, still found some time for my silly questions. :)

I've had the same problem. I ordered some drive flanges about 5 weeks ago, fully paid for. Nothing delivered to date. I've phoned 7 times, emailed them twice and even faxed them. Nothing. No reply, not even bothered to email me. They have my money and I have nothing. Any suggestions?

I gave up calling in the end and just ordered online. *oh well*

They'd better not take 5 weeks on my parts, as I need them ASAP!! If they don't arrive by the end of next week I'll go else where.

I managed to get through to them on the phone last friday about midday (maybe i caught them in their lunch break or something) Not sure who i talked to tbh. I was phoning about about some Grp2 arches that i ordered from them, turned out that they were out of stock and they were trying for find someone new to make them. He said he might be able to get me some in 3 weeks. So i'll be ringing them back in a couple of weeks if theres no sign of them.
They are very polite over the phone though.

Yes, you all get something off, and I do need time to myself these days, goodness knows what you will all do when I retire.
