Went down the road in it today to see if it run at 15psi, and the clutch is sliping. Its a new clutch and got it with my engine off med. It was already bolted to the flywheel, but could i have fitted it wrong? Or is it the fact that clutch isn't good enough for 15psi and have destored it?

Is it worth taking it on the rollers with a clutch sliping bearing in mind only on high boost??

What clutch is it?

And be very careful running it at 15psi without it having been setup. If it runs lean at that boost you are very likely to really fuck something up. In fact I personally wouldn't run any boost at all until it was set up let alone 15psi.

What clutch is it?

Also, I'm not sure how wise it is to turn the boost up to 15psi before it's been set up properly.

One go at 15psi is enough to fuck up your engine, bear this in mind.

Going to the rollers with a slipping clutch is a waste of time really.

MED turbo setup is verto I believe. Yes, it'll slip at this boost, but it'll also stop you breaking your transmission - so in a way, that is good!

Isn't it?

Either fit a new clutch and then have it tuned, or otherwise have it set up at a lower boost level that the clutch can hold, and then later on fit a new clutch and have it tuned again at the higher boost level.

You don't need a new starter as you can select the ring gear on the flywheel when you buy it.

A lot to take on board all this so basicly my flywheel cant be used?

Not sure what this diaphram is?
Driving straps?

Main thing 2 things i want to no is what happens to the way the clutch works ie the hydrolic set up is all that different?

and the clutch housing does have to be changed.

basicly can you do it all in the car?

Yes you can do it in the car, and yes you can keep the same flywheel housings, the hydraulic system is the same, but the arm the slave cylinder acts on will need to be changed. You will need a different flywheel.

Do a search about it as this has been covered in depth lots of times and all the info is there.
