It's too bloody HOT to work on the Mini today. 8-)

Just fitted the exhaust which, as usual, involves a lot of physical effort and I'm drenched.

It's over 80 F on our drive and not much cooler in the barn.

Lovely for doing nothing, but no chance here. Youngest son is now waiting for me to change the driveshft oil seal on his Studio 2.

Just a couple of months ago it was too cold *frown*

was lovely in my carage today, fitting the cooling system and gear linkage. Then cleaning all the crap out the inside, and starting to fix my welder.

A plesent day for it, get back out there lol

Is damn hot! I agree with Paul...its either one or the other. What happened to spring?? Seems winter & summer have bypassed it! Can't complain though.

Well, the driveshaft seals are done - luckily the uprights are already off.

Just time to do the gear selector seal before tea.

Good forecast for Himley Hall tomorrow.

Never bloody happy are they..

It hits 95 deg and 65% humidity here every summer.. It looks like fog. I just head for the nearest A/C.. no energy for whinging

Actually its quite funny watching how my English visitors in my Airconditioned house look out at a grey day and after throwing on their wooly pullys and jackets to step outside and almost faint!!

I do the opposite now I run outside in a Northeast England "Spring" day in a T shirt, But thats OK as long as there are some Toon supporters around..

Whats up with you lot??? I've had to put up with 80+ for 8 months of the year!!! You need to get up early to work on the car pack it in about midday go for a swim and a few pints then home to start on the mini late afternoon. Enjoy *smiley*

Ditto for me, I am writing up my thesis so all I can do is look at my room full of parts that I can't touch. I nipped out for an hour and dummy fitted the IC today though.

Try working in 40 degree heat. If you leave your tools in the sun for 10 minutes, when you lift them again you can get 3rd degree burns. I'm not kidding either.

Working in the flat with a heat gun to remove paint from doors skirting and window sills. Had enough.

My garage is nice and cool and the mini is begging to be worked on!

In the 13's at last!.. Just
