I've basically bought a job lot of turbo parts because I wanted the block. The rest is surplus to requirements

As you probably know, I'm not too up on turbo bits and pieces but have a vague idea what's what, here's a link to the original advert, if there's anything that appeals then contact me..

I'll be taking more detailed photo's when it's daylight... *wink*

What's available is now in this thread so I've removed the link to the original as many parts have already been sold. Thanks to those happy shoppers.

Cheers,
John.

First off please post your location. This is a site rule and your post will be deleted without.

Secondly that block is scrap, the machining on the top means it can only be used with a group a turbo head gasket, and the group a turbo head gasket can only be used up to an overbore of +20, which it is already at, hence no overbores left.

I'll take an exhaust elbow and turbo rubber link pipe if there is any left, also is there any exhaust clamps?

First part done...

Second part, you don't know what I'm using the block for so I'll be the judge of that.

OK fine, you be the judge of that, but as the owner of a block with the exact same modifications done but without the water damage I know that the only way to use it again is to liner it, or skim the top sufficiently to get rid of the group a gasket machining.

Hi Tom, your comments are noted, any may be founded, but unless you've seen the block first hand, or have the first idea of what I'm intending on doing with the block, I suggest you keep your opinions to yourself..

This is a forsale thread and not a discussion on the topic of machining blocks... and being a forum moderator, I think you should analyse your own standards...

Kind regards,
John.
