Does anyone have copies of these magazines? If so - I'd like to get a scan of the articles and the covers of both issues...

yes he was stolen, the shell re-appeared after about 6-8 months - small article in the front of the mag - but no signs of the KAD motor/ weber alpha injection , spectrum wheels etc. If Carling made Mini engines

What is most amusing is the laughable 1/4 mile times that Bogus ran. seemed ballistic at the time. Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

yes Bogus's 1/4's were in the 17's - even Marc Le Maitre's "fastest mini in the world" wasn't that quick over the quarter from what I remember - 14's? If Carling made Mini engines

nope! I think of the era Paul Whiffins turbo clubby was the fastest, though there was an n/a burgandy car running 1380/480 - quite un assuming road legal but was pushing very low 14's back then - any idea whose it was?
