Quite a harsh comment. I'd like to let you all know that we are not a mail order house for mini stuff. We are a race team primarily and this keeps us very busy, we are not even in the uk for a few months each year. The mini turbo manifolds etc only came about because of my own interest in it. Those of you who have spoke to me will know that i'm just an enthusiast like the rest of you and am happy to chat about your projects and ways you can save money on bits etc.

It depends what you want from your engine. Really think (honestly) how you will use and drive the car. Even with the smaller T2 you will have bags of power.

well from a few of my mates running renault 5 turbos, i know that t2's will fairly reliably produce 25psi in standard trim, that makes about 180bhp on a r5, on a mini i would guess they would be good for about 150ish? And on the 7th day........... God created turbochargers! |

My T3 turbo charger is not in standard MG Metro form, won't go into it fully but it is stuff that is done DIY in the garage.
