Well this is now for sale,

its a 1967 ( i think) shell deseamed with no front end, its ready for its new panels ive bought most of them ready for you to fit. with no V5


The list of panels are:

heel board

Full lenght scuttle

Outer mk2 a panels

Genuine early sills

drivers side door step (it doesent need it but i will throw it in anyway)

Two seat closing panels

(there might be more i cent remember)

A shot blasted rear subframe

BRAND NEW radius ARMS

mk2 front seats (powder blue)

mk2 front and rear glass (std)

BRAND new FULL drum setups new springs cylinders back plates e.t.c (i sent the rear plates off to be powdercoated black as the std finish wasent cutting it

Powdercoated handbrake catch things on backplates (green)

powdercoated rear hubs (yellow)

Goodridge lowered rear hoses

KAD rear quadrants

STD rear drums (84 on)

powdercoated rear subframe mounts (green)

MK1/2 front subframe ready for cleaning up and work being done to owners specs

Mk3 on single bolt subby powdercoated green

BRAND NEW upper arms and rebuild kit

Goodridge hoses

Front connector pipe (both front brakes) and t piece on subby

Powdercoated 84 on drive flanges

BRAND NEW outer pot joints

BRAND new inner pot joints

Powder coated drive shafts

K.A.D tie rods

Minispeed fully on car adjustable bottom arms

Powdercoated front hubs and brand new bearings

Brand new 7.9" non vented grooved disks

MINISPORT 7.9" non vented calipers (gold) need bleed nipples drilling and tapping

84 on steering colomn powdercoated blac without shroud bracket

POLY engine mounts on powdercoated subby

Carbon fibre mk3 on bootlid showing weave pre drilled ready to fit comes with chrome hinges

Various dust covers for KAD tie rods and bottom arms

Stainless steel large bore centre pipe

mini special wheels (5.5x10 iirc) ready for a quick sand down and a spray

Wallnut dash with fixings

I would like this all to go at once, as for price im not sure atall.

First dibs on kad tie bars please if you sell bits separateley, or i could do you a deal on some minispares heavy duty ones (non rose joints) so you keep everything together.

Thanks mate, its not actually that light its more kawasaki green, i went to the powdercoaters with a BRIGHT green kawasaki wheel and they matched it the best they could

to be fair to the chap, the front subframe with all that kit has prob had more than £600 thrown at it alone

sell the subframe, and put the rest of it on ebay as a project.

if not someone will have a bargain, just in front subframe and panels alone! let alone a 67 shell..

oh, well im waiting a fortnight or so to see what offers i get on everything and on parts, in that time i will add up what ive actually spent on it, ive got all the reciepts for EVERYTHING ive paid.


The price was just a random thing, i will remove it now and adjust it according to what ive spent and what i believe its worth.

The powdercoating of the front subframe was £100 it was shot blasted then to get all the crap out of the hidden bits it was dipped (they didnt expect to have to do both but aparently they cdnt get it all off with shot blasting so they did it at no extra cost and then powdercoated it)

there are NO small areas where they have missed unlike some companies that do it either which is a great bonus.

if your going to split i would be interested in the 7.9 grooved discs

hahaha, i realised the bleed nipples should be at the top but the other caliper is away with my step dad getting drilled and tapped and this side of the subframe was already built so it was just easy to throw everything together for the pics

As ive said above if everyone can hold on a fortnight for me to add up everything ive bought and how much things have cost me that will be apreciated, this thread was mainly abit of a feeler to see who would be intrested, Thanks again for all the intrest.

Ive added everything up and including the shell and all the running gear and panels overall its cost me over over £2400

For EVERYTHING all the powdercoated parts all the performance parts and the shell im asking £1300.

All the parts ive got have been sat either in the spare room under my bed or in my bedroom still in there boxes or built up doing nothing so everything is in perfect condition.

Hi, well its costing me abit much and to have that kinda money lieing about (in parts) is abit pointless. plus im sure somepne woudl get the bits together and enjoy them much quicker than i would.

UPDATE! MAYOR UPDATE!

Been out to the shell today measuring it up to see if the things square after the last owner decided to de-seam it ( i must admit it is shocking work) its all over the place and i cant see oen panel that wouldnt need manyor work to streighten it out so rather than let anyone buy it i will scrap it for safety really.

its not what i wanted to do but in some cases it just has to be done

so the new price for everything is £1100 if you still want the panels its £1250 the panels that will come with the sale at £1250 are:

Door step
Boot side panels
passengers floor panel
Drivers floor panel
mk1/2 inner a panels
mk1/2 outer a panels
scuttle tray

EVERYTHING seam wise has gone carl, the shell is buggered though so its going to scrap, i woud love to be able to jig it up and fix it but thats abit far for a car with no v5 and no special history i think

is the plates gone from the inner wings / scuttle ? the doors are worth keeping too surely
