I used to be, but nowadays I prefer 4WD for my performance "daily" - especially at this time of year.

the integra is a top car for front wheel drive & i've been suprised the power they can get from those motors

i've always had a soft spot for rear wheel drive after whatching escorts ralling in ireland & owning my old mx5

thats why i bought my silvia as my daily & it has a towbar, not much use at the moment with it not working :/

i'm not really into the whole drift thing! i can drift my car fine & dandy but that scene is'nt my bag whatsoever i do like what the japs do!!!

carl your motor can put some serious beans out power wise on the standard internals, 11sec 1/4

I looked forward to getting a RWD car but then I got an absolutely hack E30. It just doesn't get me excited. Can't wait to be back in the mini.

I am in love with alot of Jap RWD drift stuff though. I love the cars just not the driving. Bit wierd me *oh well*

they can feel a bit skittish!!! but i like that, makes you adjust your driving alot, makes you be alot more gentle with the right pedal DEFO!

big scene in ireland for the toyotas ae86!

i'm going over in march to mayo to see the rally of ireland mayo stages!!! visit family etc, hopefully in my silvia! mini is my 1st love though & it'll never go!!! i've had plenty of other cars but the mini rules!!!!
RWD comes a close 2nd though!

Love rwd cars. Shortlist at present is: 1964 1/2 Ford Mustang, 1934 Ford Pickup hot rod, C4 Corvette and maybe a Caterham. Like the AE86 but most of the other jap rwd cars don't really appeal.

I went and picked up my new car earlier. Really really like it already, first RWD car and first turbo car i've ever driven, about 200nana's at the moment and im really liking it so far!:)

It's got an LSD and 280mm brakes and feels alot tighter than i thought it would with its 4x4 stance, rear end is abit wallowy though but i know how to fix that!

Planted it coming out of a service station on the way back and my bumhole did shrink by about 75% as I had to snap it back straight!

Really need to go easy this time of year aswell!

I take it you guys are on SXOC? :)

I would have loved to get an AE86, but the "scene tax" pisses me off, mk1 mr2s you can dirt cheap, ae86s? 4k for a decent one, its not right :(

Happy with what I got though now :) and at a quater of the price of a hachi!

Ive a RX7 FD, just rebuilt it recently so Im running the engine in at the moment... but I have been missing the fear 380horses through the rear wheels gives you *wink* but out of the jap stuff I still love the old AE86's and the MK1 starlets... other than that its escort MK2's for me*smiley*

Have you heard of a place down in Portsmouth called RE:Worx? I worked there last summer helping to build their time attack car, was great! I love rotary's now, couldnt believe how simple they are!

that looks pretty tidy for an s13 8-), please take it easy this time of year they do have a nasty habbit of catching you out on roundabouts especially if your new to rwd, would be a shame to prang it now.

see you in s13 tech *wink*

4WD baby, it's the only way. Never spin a wheel again. And they still go sideways if you buy the right one.

Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph
