These new modern turbos with their quick spool up time, would make the competition harder.

The stock K8 setup produces 197bhp at the crank.
I have a Z-cars performance exhaust and a power commander with this setup others have 210 - 215bhp.

can i ask what did you think of the z cars kit ? (when did you buy it?)

there was/were a couple of old(ish) z cars here on the island and to be (brutally) honest they looked a bit sus quality wise, one ( a black factory built and mag feautured hayabusa) needed 9 washers to pack out one of the rear radius arms, and the welding didnt look terrific to say the least

but that was about 5/6 years ago, so hopefully they have sorted out these issues by now, and by getting a kit and home building you have probably done yourself a huge favour too??

o/t how do they compare with the holeshot kits? i know nothing about those, but saw one briefly at silverstone, but it wasnt running at the time

back on bikes, you never thought about the manx grand prix?

I bought my kit from Z-cars.
The kit is good quality (welds etc) The rear radius arm need packing to get the proper clerance for the drive shafts, maybe the washers are not the flashiest way to do this.
I havnt seen the holeshot kits.
The manx or TT both sound like a great idea but somthing in my head just said no more,
And do you know how much it cost to get to your little Island not far from where I live *surprised* (I supose you do)
