Great action shots. Must have missed you today mate.

Richard.

Minivanless, but reluctantly happy living with the decision. There'll be another one day.

Yes - you can almost change gear with both hands on the wheel!

Cheers for the pics Rob, they look awesome! Really nice to see a pic of mine on the track too :)

Stefaz: it feels fairly at home on the track, although I think the engines past it's best now, at both combe and the ring a few weeks ago I suffered from 100* + coolant temps, which are just sucking power terribly, I didn't even bother timing any laps this year.

Scruffy, what engine are you running mate? You went past me pretty quickly, although I didn't realise it was you at the time!

Top day all in all, although I need LOTS more power, and an ARB setup for next year I think

A few more, sorry about the jaunty angle on the Metty but I only had my big lens on me and I was struggling to fit it all in.

Thanks Rick,

I'm slowly starting to feel better about my track session!

I was first out in the session, meaning I got passed by a fair few really quick cars.

I guess that's put a spin on my ideas of pace, as I was passed a bit more than usual.

Now I find out that the satin clubby that took me was a 2.0 8v vaux engine, scruffy has a KAD 16v, and god knows what was in the blue classic looking thing passed me.

there seem to be SO many quick mini's around now, compared to 3-4 years ago when a 1380 with a 45dcoe was fairly shit hot.

Prawn - Baby 16V bitsa engine 141bhp with suretrax LSD (much better with a Quaife as per other unit) - must finish other engine. I did notice Prawn on the side window and think can't be many people called Prawn!

Rick - this was lunch time parade ungrateful s*d fell asleep during the 1 lap 20mph clutch burner!

See the youtube vid on the other post where I go past at 9.10!
