I like autumn/winter. Means I can start work on my little projects. Just started putting together the front metro subframe for the Midas.

Carls done a good job for me so I thought I'd show off his work.

More stuff to follow......

That looks interesting. How much did it set you back? I wouldn't mind getting rid of the front hydrogas units in my metro

*wink* I hate hydrogas with a passion.

I kind of stole the idea from Watsons Rally who use inboard coils for their honda conversion on the K series Metro/R100 subframe they use for it. They supplied the coil kit and I bunged it on my subframe. It was about a ton or so for the coil conversion.

You'd need to speak to Carl about the arms which he made especially to suit the metro arm config I need for my car, so he has a jig for them now.

Works well in an A series subframe too lol and is going together nice with the other shiny bits.

looks really good what you have and are doing, it just seemed that your putting on all these nice parts to a standard heavy subframe, i'm sure i'm wrong though. Keep up good work.

Matt's probably right. Lots of places where you could drill holes in a metro frame *wink*
