as above really,

Just looking back at my specs and starting to order my parts for my build, it made me think that i should maybe go double Grey over the normal Grey pressure plate that i was going to get? the car will be a 1293 with a T3 ect... but also i would be running nitrous to help spool up the turbo a bit quicker so i didn't know if any of you guys where running nitrous and what clutches you where running?

many thanks.

The weight of your car will have a huge impact on the clutch

Nice read this :)

So gents, when do we need a double grey. This might have been discussed before, but this seemed like the appropriate place. I'm finishing off MOT's old engine. Same head and ancilliaries, and I think that I removed a single grey. Is that possible?

If a single gray can cope with 200 what can an orange hold? & how does an orange compare to a std verto or one of the uprated off the shelf vertos? *oh well*

My single grey slipped on anything above 15-16psi. Had a double in since 2007.

Is that 160 at the crank or wheels? Is the friction plate going to have any effect on the power an orange could hole eg a helix paddle plate v a std friction plate?

It's not a paddle plate. It's a second hand solid one. 160 at the flywheel.
