I believe mine was off a ~'96 1.1 Sporting. I'll check ebay for the one I got now

Found it. It looks like the sporting and the standard 900 use the same rad

The other one is just a weird mount. I didn't use it on mine as there are plenty of options to fix them. I will probably cut it off. They do have a fan switch hole which I am using

EDIT: Joe got me back *happy*

I think the core of mine is ~270mm tall. The total height of the centre section is ~290mm

I am using one of the tanks that Demon Rweeks sell, except I didn't pay 8 million euro for it. It has two 32mm pipes, perpendicular to each other

I just got a brand new Cinq rad for £24.50 off eBay.

Just gotta figure out how to plumb it all up in my car now.

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of.

And with fan on. I had to space the grill out an inch or so, and put a slight curve in the grill.

Mine is plumbed in like this, with an electric pump though. When using a mechanical pump, I put the heater feed from the bottom rad hose to the expansion tank, then the bleed from the top of the expansion tank to the top of the rad (little outlet pipe). I used a VW expansion tank.
