Hi folks,

Do you know where i can get the 1275 GT or Clubman front spoiler, option extra in 1977?
Please post some link, or pictures of this wonderfull extra.

I think in japan some shops must have it, i see some pictures of japanese cars who have it.

i love the splitter, spoiler on a clubby look, there is a company in the uk that make them, not to that design mind but they look good, i can never remember there name though :(

I was searching the web and i found a very similar spoiler used in MK1 Golf and in some Toyotas, like Celica and Coralla...
But the one in photos is for mini, no doubt becouse it fit perfectly.

This spoiler was born in 1977:



The Jap one is a bit diferent but it's even look better.

Come on we have proud to have the only Gran Turismo mini lets give it a look like that, agressive and powerfull.

MK1 Golf spoiler........Clubbie has a 20v Toyota lump in it.

I made some research and i know the Jap one is from Classic Datsun, comun used in some models, like KGC10 GT-R, C110 GT-R, and B110.
But i only see these spoiler in Japan.

It was fantastic if ABSMotorsport could buy and reproduce them for us...
It's all in Jap, loool don´t understand nothing.

Who will buy this mode from ABS if they could get it?

if i could find a datsun splitter i would try and make it fit

however if someone did a mini specific one and if it looked like the one in the first pic i would buy one..

I got an email back from my friend in Japan. She was on her way out to work and only just saw my email, however...
that Yahoo auction ends at 3.21pm on the 6th of May. Its currently about £80 to £85, but it now price is about £90 - although shes not sure if they sell send to the United Kingdom.
There s no mention of Mini, clubman, or austin - but there is a mention of:
'Nissan Hakochika' - I have never heard of Hakochika personally :/ unless it has been lost in translation?!?!

Failing that, I could try and sweet talk her with the promise of lots of Carrot cake if she can call up that dude with the Green Clubman from that Downton Motors in Japan and see what low down is... but that will take a while longer I imagine.
