I can't really do to much about the weight of our van as out budget is none existant and I don't really want to drill holes in it.

Without trying, I seem to have lost just over half a stone, so that will help.

Obvioudly I'll be taking a good dump etc etc before I go driving,
but has anybody done anything a little more extreme to lose weight this year?

I've just laid on my back for 10 minutes and lost just over 1lb *wink*

If anything we have probably added 20kg's+ to the van while installing the turbo gear. We have hopefully however offset this with much more power.

How much is the question?

I,ve chucked out all my tools and spares and the spare water and oil as well as the passenger seat - not that I think it will make much difference as I weigh 100kg+ !!

It all makes a difference.

When Andy chucked half his mini in the tent we picked up half a second nearly.

All I want to do is better than last year at the Pod - anything with 16 in it will do.
