well she has responded and apologised explaining a few things how hard it was for her etc etc and has offered to pay me back £50 a month. just doing some calcs that means it will take 6.98 years to pay off :o

i've left it at the £50 but did mention if her circumstances change then could she pay me more or settle the full amount.
