At one point in the development of the TT we ended up with an engine that did exactly what you say. No matter what you did you never got it right.

When I had a fibre clutch could do perfect launches. However with a paddle it is either depressed or the wheels are spinning under such conditions! On 5th Sep, 2011 Vegard said:

Had a similar experience with the van. You just have to be more granular with the clutch pedal.

If you have a solenoid valve on the bleed valve. either before or after, then you can modulate your launch by only switching to high boost after you change to second, as you have already said.

I find that its a very interesting process trying to drive one handed on full throttle while juggling clutch gear lever and the boost switch.
