Imagine this:

You join the A14 in your Turbo Mini and your way to Stanford Hall and find the traffic moving at less than 60 mph. After nearly 10 miles, you come across a convoy of arond 20-25 Show & Shine types in their Minis crawling along at 60mph max. When they come to a lorry travelling at 58 mph, they overtake, but still don't exceed 60 mph hence the tailbacks.

What is the correct thing to do?

Lol, I think me and Sian were guilty of 3 & 4 on the way to a show in my car, had to boot it past crews missiles club as soon as an opportunity came up.

4 sounds about right with a side of 3 for good measure

Sorry, but No.2 for me nowadays.

I got into a lot of trouble, 30 years ago, for No.3 and I got three points and a fixed penalty for No.4 a few years ago (luckily they couldn't keep up to read my real speed..).

But when the Mini is finally on the road, I may break all my rules :)

Damn right - I act very childish with the turbo A35 and would definitely go for 4,changing up to 5th as I went past

I did come across this one year on the way to Castle Combe, a load of show and shine wankers who had turned off the A road down the B road to Combe, and then all 15 of them had stopped for god knows what reason, almost totally blocking the junction, especially when towing a trailer. Full attack on the verge to shower them in crap (old A4 quattro was handy for this) and plenty of horn.
