well it has been a difficult decision to ditch what i have built so this is more a testing the water thread than anything, prices whilst i have based them off recent sales are guides and i think fair

Exhaust manifold modified for the GT20, ports have been opened out to the gasket, the dividers have been cut back and ported as far as you can reach, comes with the adapter plate and 2 piece downpipe, downpipe made by me and is the 3rd version can be fitted/removed with the engine in place and puts the exhaust in about the same place as a normal system, it starts at 63mm and works its way down to 51mm mates via a slip joint to a 2 inch system,with WB02 adapter £200
turbo not included but may listen to offers - manifolds SOLD - turbo sold pending payment

Cosworth intercooler and pipework, intercooler has been modified to lighten and remove all the mounting lugs, the underside of the cooler has been drilled and tapped for mounting points ( not into the core) it has also been drilled for 2 stage water injection the holes can be blocked if needed i used with this pipes have been trimmed slightly since the picture £150

Inlet manifold, water heating/cooling pipes cut but still usable if needed the carb is a properly converted N/A carb with turbo damper and modified for a right hand side throttle (same as the turbo carb) i have another plenum ( standard) that i will include £160

Cylinder head, 12G940 casting 35.7mm inlet valves 29mm exhaust valves, the inlet ports are ported out very nicely the exhaust ports are just tidied up and essentially standard, the combustion chambers are opened out to a well shaped 28cc ( less a tad because it had a 3 thou skim )
converted to run dry deck the water ports are drilled and tapped and could be removed if needed the end of the head was milled off and drilled for the water ports, i seem to remember there are bronze guides in there new valve stem seals 180lb double valve springs - im looking for £300 for this sold pending payment

Conrods, these are A+ rods worked by the one and only Carl at Forceracing finished to a high standard by my self. machine lightened casting marks removed from 100% of the rods, fully polished
they have been reamed for floating pins too, balanced rod-rod and end over end to 0.1g and ARP rod bolts, they have been torqued ONCE !! i love these rods i put about 100 hours work into them but i wont need them anymore i dont think
these will cost you £195 just for machining with the original rods, polishing, balancing and ARPs on top, £195 - sold

Pistons, i have +20thou Omega Cast with a 10cc dish there balanced to 0.001g (1g from factory) they have done less than 2000 miles total £220 - come with the nylon buffers for floating pins - sold

i will post a few pics but all parts are still ON or IN the engine, if there is any interest i can split it this weekend
will listen to serious offers
box, rotating assembly, and block are not for sale, the GT2056 i dont want to sell but money talks as they say

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.
VEMS + 12 PSI + Liquid Intercooler = Small Bore FUN!

i have a guilty liking for a vtec turbo i tell you some one is working hard to stop me going vtec

benny had the same cooler on his first time round and had 3 sexy holes in the bonnet

Vtec turbo is a good way to go, I have a good buddy who specialises in vtec turbo's, building and mapping, he has a few customers in the 10's 550whp iirc

if i can squeeze an intercooler in would have to be in the centre part of the zeemax body kit and looks abit too deep for that!
