well i always liked turboed minis so this site and otheres have inspired me to turbo mine. metro turbo parts in australia are hard to get and are expensive, so it was going to be a custom job. Edited by benjamin on 7th Dec, 2005. 1152cc turboed mini clubman, most powerful 1.1L a-series?

Do not forget connectors for pressure-line to the fuel regulator and maybe one for mounting a boost pressure valve before welding. |

And a tip: Make sleeves inside the plenum, where the screws for mounting plenum-carb go through.

g'day, im in Australia building a turbo 998 clubman, agree %100, turbo parts r a real bitch 2 get ur hand on over hear, just wondering what your making your exhaust manifold from, i'v just finished making a stainless steal one but have herd that using mild steal steam pipe is a much better option.

I would hate to have to take the tappet chests off with that attached!!! Just out of interest does your tappet chest have the breather on it, or does it clear it? |
