I would have ideally painted the floor grey as well, but the adoptive Yorkshireman in me came out, and given the choice between spending £60-odd on a few tins grey floor paint, or using professional epoxy floor paint in red, cost £60 PER TIN! but available from the site services foreman at work if you catch my drift

Thats the stuff I got, Akzo Nobel, it seems bloody good stuff, just a shame our place only stocks it in Green or Red.

im dead jealous of that garage. ive been painting mine this week. mines tiny compared to yours but at least ive got one. my trailer with the mini on fits in it to(just) which is good. no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

Id like to paint my garage floor, but its had oil and worse spilt on it so many times I doubt the paint would stick, plus it means tidying the place up.... "Turbo's make torque, and torque makes fun"

Jo, you'd be suprised. Give it a god scrub with some alkaline degreaser, I used Janitol on mine. Then seal it with a mix of PVA:Water 50:50%.

Arno, only did 2/3rds of it last night so I could still get my mini inside whilst the paint was drying. This afternoon I have pushed the mini forwards onto the painted section and done the rest now!
