Are you boys using summer tyres at the winter?? Is it just in Scandinavia we use real winter tyres?? www.shag.no |

Yes everyone will be on summer tyres, we have had maybe 4 or 5 days snow in the last 5 years. So snow tyres aren't something we have (or really need) over here.

Some towns in Northern New York State got over 100 inches of snow over the past few days. Even proper snow tires can't help you when that much snow falls!

In the winter -96/97 I was in the Navy in Tromsø (Northern Norway) and it was 250 cm of snow, everything was working OK  I even took PADI Open Water diving certifcate in Januar 8)
