Good stuff!

What was up with the ECU in the end? Had you put a resistor in backwards or was it deciding that if it was going in a mini, it may as well act like a Lucas?

Dave, I have no idea, Andre and Matty never had a problem, and we are all using injectors from the same family. I recon it was that board, it was a replacement for the one with shorted WBO2. I fitted IGTBs instead of the FETs, and its fine, all be it the IGTBs are twice the price, but thats buttons compared to a new ECU. I never had any of these problems last year.

Been out for a drive tonight, and does it growl or what! I'll be grinning for the next month *happy*

Lol

No, the hot water tank is still in one piece. I ended up using a BK450 with a few extra holes knocked into it, much against my own feelings of them. Time will tell*oh well*

First 55miles on a run out tonight went without fault, other than a few stalls when you lift off, but thats because the map isnt right, the wideband control is pulling fuel out, then when you lift off, it doesnt respond fast enough and stalls, that'll be sorted on the dyno *wink*

Oil pressure is a bit of an issue, i'll need to check the relief valve.

Dyno session was yesterday and it was not without issues, nothing major, but mapping the ignition was aborted. there is a little more power (3bhp I would hope to take me to my lower target) to be gained in that area alone, or at least thats what my mapper tels me.

Also remember that the inlet cam is the lower lift shorter duration item, so I think the final results so far are on the money.

I think i'll bung the RS inlect cam in it before the dyno shoot out *happy*

107 bananas at 7300rpm and 81 curlys at 6400rpm.

It drives amazingly well, thats the bit that really matters and, if anything, I am at the same level as i was with the 1400, which is all i really wanted. I would have found it hard to accept if it was anything less than the 1400

Little bit of a drive out, panic moment and comedy highlight *hehe!*

The printout says at the flywheel, but im not convinced its right. The only acurate reading you get is at the hub, and I didnt pick that printout up, but im going back so I will make sure i pick it up.
