One other tip, be sure to fit the springs back in the correct position so that you can get the puller bolts through to the holes in the center. I nearly fitted them wrong.

I did exactly that ^^^^ a right ball ache trying to undo the bolts when they're locktited in place. *oh well*

could one of you guys confirm i have built mine correctly please *happy*

i have built based on a valeo in order i have
stainless pivot ring
spring
spring
stainless pivot ring
spacer plate
i have built it all up and i am able to pop it over centre but it takes alot of effort as if something is binding it takes more than double the pressure to pop it over than each spring on its own

after building it up to the flywheel ( minispares light weight) with a 7.4mm thick used verto clutch plate( i believe the pre verto plates are 7.5 thick new?)
and the spring is quite far off being flat

any help appreciated cheers :)
