Flow rate wise the 8v is rated at 132CFM Inlet, 92CFM Exhaust, where as the 16v is 150CFM and 110CFM.

Me neither, as soon as the paint went on i thought bollocks, not much i can do about it now though, cant be arsed to strip it all off.

Yeah, we order £1000's worth through work each month so i can get them at very reasonable prices lol. The exhaust flanges were the only expensive ones at £4 ish each for 10mm stainless. Let me know if you want any and i'll sort them out for you.

yeah i may get you to get some exhaust flanges for me as i will have to make my own turbo manifold and a plenum chamber but im hoping to make the latter at work out of carbon if im allowed. |

is there much difference between the 8valve head and the 16valve flow wise?? With a little bit of work I'm sure the 8v head could flow just as well as the standard 16v or a bit more. I'm just sayin this as I've got a k100 head here was given to me for free. like yourself I wanted the 16v but this came up
