I think I've dropped a clanger! Has anyone who's payed not received their heat shield? Got one more here than I should have.

Had this problem before with theoneeyedlizard's install with Nic's plenum. Its incorrect, the bottom should be parallel to the base of the carb.
I have a tweaked version which I will send out as a replacement, free of charge! Got to keep you old boys happy. *happy*

Good pics Rick. At least someone has a standard plenum not these pain in the arse after market 'nic' versions!
Only jesting nic! *wink*
If anyone wants a heatshield that fits 'Nics plenum' please ask first as they have different mountings to a standard one.
Anyone with any problems, I will send a replacement out free of charge.

I'd like one that fits both Nics plenum and an extended float chamber *happy* just to be a pain!

I've also got an unused bulkhead box that I no longer need after deciding to buy a mirage manifold system. So if anyone is desperate for one and Jason doesn't have any in stock, I'll sell mine on for what Jason charges.

Unfortunatly I have to get them made in batches. So too expensive to be honest.
My intention was to make a heat shield to replace a standard one that fits a Metro Turbo plenum only.
