Had a play with some stainless today, needs a couple of the bends refining, but certainly getting there. That merge collector was good fun.

Thanks for the comments guys.

Still need a lot more practice with the tig welder, as you can tell.

I got clever (cheated) with the merge collecter and drew it up on autocad and printed off a wrap around cutting template.

Just got to work out what i want in the way of thermo couples etc.

I don't think you should fit the ARB to only one bolt. It WILL bend. Make a bracket and fit it to at least two of them. Or, buy two brackets from KAD.
