Just noticed that all the earlier photos are missing I'll try and do something about that.

Could make a beam out of box, just use the sizes from your subby you must have lying round.

Made a few gussets for the door bars, took ages to get right but I'm really pleased with the results:

Looking good, are you using the SPA steering wheel adaptor? If so i managed to find some countersunk bolts the right length to fit this if you want me to send you a link.

Thanks for the comments guys.

It is indeed a SPA steering wheel adapter, how did you get that from the photo? The bolts on there are only a temporary measure, if you could send me a link to some counter sunk one that would be be great.

Finally got the rear bulkhead welded up, quite possibly the worst job I've ever had to do on a car, I hated it, it's not pretty but here's the pictures:

Did a great job, not the easiest of things to do, think i stormed off in a strop a couple of times over this.

Really liking all the extra braces.

Cheers, it took me nearly two weeks to do the bulk head as I kept getting hacked off with it.

If you want you can borrow my punch & flanger to make up a few braces of your car, but be warned they take blooming ages to make, I thing the one for the heal board took an hour on it's own.

I've got the same steering wheel, what boss' are available for it?

do the minispares ones fit, or do i need to go quick release?

Any momo stylee boss will fit, the pcd is smaller than the old school mountneys

No idea what bosses are available as my whole steering setup is a custom made affair but I'd imagine that there's loads out there as it's standard 6 bolt wheel.

I deliberately when for quick release to make it easier for me to get in and out the car, it's a tight squeeze with the wheel on and I'm not the biggest of blokes.

Love it Rob, loads of strong triangles.

Maybe a bit OTT for hillclimbing but you have left the option to progress onto circuits at a later date.

I will be more than please to pass on some info I have learnt about suspension set up.

Great work!
