cheers will, i think i'll take the chance on cheaper pistons & put the cash saved into setting the engine up as well as possible on the rolling road once in the car, i've heard they are very good pistons & they come with the rings too! thye are brand new! need to get my engine built & in soon as my standard 998 is leaking & smoking, this will be rebuilt as standard!

last i heard your car was damaged, did you get it repaired at all, is it ok, hope so!

SKYLINES ARE LIKE CLITS, EVERY FLANGE SEEMS TO HAVE ONE: see this sticker on my silvia

the Search-section on this forum is blummin superb & simple to use, unlike some other forums, without the search-section & the help of this bunch of chaps on here i'll never be able to !!!Start the day with a 998cc turbo!!! :) i'm getting closer though!

Those pistons are very good in Na aplications. And would be my first choice for a 998 screemer. But there reliability is questionable for turbo. bat as said keep below 10psi and you should be safe.

Yes, the TT got damaged. Not done much yet to repair it, been a bit busy.

Will be out for next season though.

Cheers

As I said before, there is little data on 998 pistons in turbo aplications. I think most will sustain 10psi. but after that you're a test bed.
