been out drivin it all night, a bit daunting in the rain. gotta get it set up properly timing/mixture as it pinks a bit if you put your foot flat to the floor so ive been taking it real easy just putting a few miles on it see if there's any obviuos problems.

so what does it mean is knackered if that t piece thing has finally made it boost?

It's just the internal porting of the carb that is blocked.
