Danboy, I'd normally agree with you but I have a feeling the engine will do more miles around the garage on the stand than around the track in the car ... If it isn't braking things in the transmission then it't won't have enough power ... LOL

Every day is a school day ...........

How fast and how expensive ...... the same question...

I got a Mk2 Metro rad into the front of mine with some very small mods to the std metal front panel. Other minor things that got in the way:
1. Small lug on the front of the transfer gear / clutch housing (cut it off)
2. Alternator (moved it up like an MPi)
3. Oil filter (now on a remote housing)
4. Distributor (got an Emerald ecu instead)
