Andy i calced about that with 28cc in the head too ill send you my spread sheet i abit there is some piston measurments on it

Just found my build notes for the 16 valver, and I had 0.035" removed, not the 0.060 I had originally said. So it would seem that 0.040" standard deck hight with a piston compression hieght of 38mm is about right.
