looking good, clubbys rule!! if mine looks half as good as yours does ill be well chuffed. two little points just echoing whats been said about the battery either get a battery box or a sealed race battery, acids bad. also i like to put my tie bar bolts in from top that way should the nut come loose/fall off (i know its nylok and probably wont) then youve got a bit of a chance of the bolt staying in.
no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

How did you fit the carbon roof, been toying with the idea. Was thinking id leave some of the old roof around the gutters and bond it and rivet it on.

Cheers, your spot on, cut the old roof out leave about 3 inch of metal all round to bond the new roof on. But beware it will take you ages to get it blended in right.

awsome build mark, i live in telford and would live to come and see it for real, and pic your brains as im hoping to start my build this week. 'always keep a spare shot for a stray bird' |
