Looks like your goin at quite a speed! B)

Maybe 110mph.......not flat out though

Have you done much for extra handling?

With the geometry all sorted, rear shocks and a decent(non standard) rear anti roll bar and carefully positioned bump stops it would be awsome and utilise the power it has to greater effect.

I'd appreciate some tips as to where to get the neccessary parts for sorting out things in the handling department, its something I am hoping to sort out soon.

How would I go about fitting rear shocks?

Would I need turrets welding in?

Yeh you would need turrets. I think thats what mine could do with but i was going to try putting some higher viscosity fluid in the system first as that 'should' have a simar effect i think.

Im going to go for polybushes (ebay)
Soild mounted rear sub with extra mounts through the boot floor
Rear anti roll
Independant rear displacers (use front ones)
Maybe some decent front shocks too

Im kind of limited tho as i dont want to rip the car apart to fit anything and its a daily road car aswell!

I always used to weld up all the subframe mounts, and replace the rubber spacer on top of the rear subby with a steel spacer and bolts.

Tack them in a couple of places with the welder, then give it a good hard weld to get the rubber alight, leave it to burn off, then weld them up.

Some decent bushed on the front TCA and anti roll bar joint are essential to!!

The higher viscocity fluid is an interesting idea, let me know how if feels once you've done it as i may give it a try aswell.

Turrets would be the best option for the rear, i'll look into it and see how feasable it is.

Motobuild used to do a change to citroen LHM fluid, it was about 150 quid IIRC.
