Many thanks for the nice replys, on the road it goes without saying that it pulls quite well*wink* I only ran 18psi on the rollers so i feel more confident about running 16psi on the road, knowing im not on the limit all the time if you know what i mean. Ray did comment the power was not tailing off when he backed off on my shift light set at 6000 so would may have made a tad more with a few more revs, but i just dont like to rev it. Call me what you like but its just a personal type thing. "bloddy wimp"- who said that!!
Dont mind sharing my engine spec....
1380, 266 cam, 1.3 rockers, rimflow inlet and exhaust valves, flowed head with 30cc chambers, 11cc cast omegas, -31 actuator, T3 turbo 0.36 ex housing, playmini exhaust, R5 pace intercooler, grey diaphram, ap plate then all the usual suspects ( sccr box, drops, x-pin, steel flywheel etc).

Thanks again.

By the way..

200 bannanas equates to approximatly 10 hands or 3.33 bunches.

Well done mate!!! A real torque monster

Shouldnt there be a special Turbo Minis Badge, similar the 'I Kept TM Alive!' for those who are in the 200bhp club.

Printouts to be forwarded, LOL

So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...

min13- spot on mate it was a 276, swapped to a 266 at the beginning of last year.

Benross- http://www.t-m.co.uk/

fab- pistons not quite flush with deck, i get 14cc volume there. I work it out to be 8.3-1CR with 30cc head and bk450 head gasket (could be wrong!)
Do you mean advance timing under boost because thats 26 degrees?

yes that's for timing under boost,
Harry found that it's best at around 30° as it increase power curve and decrease egt, does this was for 14, 16 or 18 psi ?you mensioned that you have retarted timing when upping boost to 18 psi,
Steve (Benross) recommended 8.2, I think I will not keep my cr as high as I wanted ,cause I'll loose under boost all what I 'll gain under part thrttle and fuell
thanks

LOL, cheers paneermeel:)

26degrees was at 18psi, it runs more advanced timing with less boost.

I only like one song by Chris deBurgh, but I guess I could always change for this:
