allowed for that Al.....but yes...they are still a pig to get to! lol
Once I've made one...I shall borrow a electronic temperature probe from work and try a before & after test with the shield. I'll let people know the results *wink*

My carb has the float spacer fitted...so it will be tight, even in a metro. What gave me the idea was on JFs metro especially, hes done some nice fabrication work.
lol nogin!!!!!!! If you want some metal moulds made up for your heatshields, let me know. Maybe able to help :)

o yes

i think nic is seeing if he can sort out some holes/bolts on the plenum so it will fit as normal. although i'll use one of yours if you think it will fit with the alloy plenum?
