sorry for poor quality i did not hang around much




i was also blamed for wiring the electronic ignition wrong, now i have never touched the coil or ignition pack, today i found out when i went and took the photos that the owner sammy mucked about with the wiring and the garage where its at now mucked about with the wiring in order to get it started before they called out a mobile mechanic to solve the issue, he found the luminition was burnt out to to crossed wires or something, bearing in mind i picked it up as a non runner and could not get it even turning over properly due to either a starter or battery fault that i was not willing to waste my time on

i think i need to choose my friends more carefully in the future

To be honest this is pretty unbelievable. If id had all this shit off a mate i think id be staying well away from them for a while at least.

I'm sorry, but if he ever sells the car then I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole. The very sight of invisible seams in those areas would send me in the opposite direction with my right foot planted.

and what exactly have they done round the front seams?

turn the tables - you do the plumbing and he does the welding and see how long it takes before he appreciates what you did for him
