im not going to say much on this subject, he did bring a lot of new thought to the site

however i did start to wonder whether he was just a geeky 14yr old sat at home alone at a computer reading out of some engine building text books....hohoho

i suppose time will tell .

i liked peters writing ,enjoyed having a technically interested person to chat with on here who was trying to learn and not afraid to seem stupid or inexperienced ,for the sake of ego .
whether he is what is projected ,or anything else ...a fat houswife in the tyrol ... drunk scotsman in the gorbals
or an intelectual in the city ... i really couldnt care less .

this is simply a club ,to have fun ,not a religion .

caustic comments wrapped up as fun or gentle banter ,we have all seen in the playground . if eccentric and sensitive types find it abhorrent ,and go off to another part of the school and start thier own club ,thats fine too . ,,thats the freedom of the internet .

personal value and self esteem are not really based on knowledge , or praise from others ,but whether we like ourselves and would like to be treated in the way we treat others ..

My personal opinion is petes a fraud, but i do agree with you on one thing that hes clever ..... clever for stringing us along for so long

i would however love to be proved very wrong
