I am almost finished with the exhaust manifold, now I have to built an inlet manifold.

arnoyears ago mini sevens used a inlet manifod, tubular type using a single su aprox14cm in length dont no if i still got photos |

Pete, manifolds are sorted for now. i will go for finishing the turbo project first, Iff I need to remake manifolds later than I have the experiance now how not to do things. Thanks anyway its appreciated. It would be very helpfull if you could enlighten me about stronger gearboxes, what I need, and where to get it.

The entire weight of the turbo bein supported on teh manifold?? just ask coz its quite a lump, and its also quite far away from the engine so wil have a lot of force acting on teh welds that join to the flange that mates to teh head. turbo 16v k-series 11.9@118.9 :)
