It was a while ago but at MITP last year Hudersfield Mini spares were doing an 8" or 9" x 10"rim with a massive Hoosier road legal tyre, I've never seen it since but might be worth a call !

Mike Barnby used to own Spectrum Wheels and he designed the original Spectrum - so that is why!

Can you still buy spectrum wheels then or don't they do them anymore?
