ive had the same problem with a autofashion kit...... i listed it ages ago, and got it removed for exactly the same reasons as you, emailed zemax, and got no resposne, so relisted. straight away it got removed again, so i again emailed zeemax, who did at least respond this time, but were about as much use as a choclate firegaurd. i have since sent numerous emails to zeemax who continue to ignore me.
And on the 7th day........... God created turbochargers! |

Mabie relist it, but aim a comment directly at autofashion and zeemax in the discription stating that it is a genuine kit purchased from them and that if they still have a problem with it to get in contact personally, rather than getting the listing removed again.

I cam guarantee it will help but I'd suggest starting the ad along the lines of "I brought this kit a while back, from xyz, with the intention of fitting it to my Mini, but my plans have changed" that way it should be pretty clear that you are not in the business of make knock off kits in your shed and selling them on ebay. that is actually word for word how i started my ad!!! i made it very clear it was a autofashion kit etc as well..... there was never any doubt about it, but zeemax claim that it damages their image with 'copies' of their kits being sold on ebay.........
