imo unless your very very comptent in tuning then i wouldnt even consider it. you wouldnt earn enough just doing power runs alone and one or two blown engines and you could be out of business.

have you any tuning experience joey?

no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

Joe, how many performance cars have you over there ???? Would be an amazing venture but do you have the volume of cars wanting rr ing to bring the money in.
In my eyes an MOT station would be better (hopfully keep a constent income coming in) then do the rr inbetween

carl - very little to none, tuning is something id be looking into down the line for sure.

rick, no such thing as mot's over here!

You'd be surprised, every other sod here has a beamer/evo/scooby/focus/rally car/trackday car/kitcar, im certain there would be a market.

Dont you have to MOT the car once in IOM ? then thats it ?

9.85 @ 145mph
202mph standing mile
speed didn't kill me, but taxation probably will

yeah, similar to an sva test, then the rest is down to you to keep it in a roadworthy condition.

Joey, if you want to do the low involvement maybe one of the mobile RR might be a better bet. You just have to do the power run's at various events and not be involved with all the overheads and extra equipment.
