Our local B&Q is selling the DC100KA at that price.

That seems to be the going rate for one.

If your B&Q is selling the DC920KB at that price then you should buy several and sell them on.

Dam you Joe, I went all the way to B&Q for nothing, I'm very disappointed and you will not be receiving a photo of my sister in the post.

id recomend useing a decent air one to be honest.

Afraid to say it after you've bought it, but me too....

You can't beat air for that kind of equipment IMHO

Yes, but that is no good in the paddock or pit lane. I only have an impact driver and even that does wheel nuts which is fine for me.

I have hada Sealey one and it was garbage.
I now have a small Makita that shares 18V Li-Ion batteries with my drill and it is absolutely spot on. Small, light and can shift hub nuts with ease.

A friend also has a 3/8" drive Draper Professional one which is handy for quick wheel changes if nothing else - was around £90 I think.

my 18v dewalt one has been working great, used it all last year with the miglia's and in the workshop out of season. Top bit of kit.

Sharing the batteries between the drill, nut gun, and angle grinder is also very handy

You can get them with 1/2" square drive ends - that is what mine has. You need an Impact Wrench rather than an Impact Driver.

The one you have linked to is the older style of battery, not the Li-Ion ones that are supposed to last longer and you can charge whenever you want (rather than waiting until they are flat as you should). They also charge in 20 mins.

This is what I have:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Makita-LXT-18v-Impac...A1%7C240%3A1318
As I already had two batteries with a drill I bought.
